Legal Harborside restaurant is the new flagship 3-story location on the Boston waterfront for Legal Sea Food. Libart designed and constructed a 30' x 60' retractable roofing and folding wall system for their incredible 3rd story lounge.

Details:

Libart designed and constructed a retractable roofing and folding wall system for their incredible 3rd story lounge.   Retractable roofing with 16mmX solar control PC glazing 30' x 60' single pitch design. The solar control glazing was chosen to prevent any "greenhouse" effect inside the restaurant when the roof is closed.  Double insulated folding glass doors and windows on all three sides.  9' tall folding doors on both sides of the enclosure allow for a free open feel to allow patrons to walk out onto the promenade deck.  60' of folding windows sit on top of a custom designed structural glass knee-wall allowing for panoramic views of the harbor at the front of the enclosure.
